KORIBOR Rates Show Slight Increase Across Longer Terms

Seoul: The Korea Interbank Offered Rates (KORIBOR) have shown a slight increase in the longer-term rates as of the latest posting by Yonhap Infomax, the financial news arm of Yonhap News Agency. The rates were recorded at 11:00 a.m., reflecting changes in the financial landscape.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the one-week and one-month rates remained steady at 2.50% and 2.61%, respectively. The two-month rate saw a marginal increase from 2.71% to 2.72%. Meanwhile, the three-month rate rose from 2.83% to 2.84%.

Further analysis of the data reveals that the six-month rate increased from 2.90% to 2.92%. The most significant change was observed in the twelve-month rate, which climbed from 3.14% to 3.19%. These adjustments in the KORIBOR rates indicate shifts in the interbank lending environment.
