BLACKPINK’s Jisoo and Actor Ahn Bo-hyun End Relationship After Two Months of Public Dating
SEOUL – K-pop artist Jisoo from the girl group BLACKPINK and actor Ahn Bo-hyun have recently ended their relationship, according to a source in the entertainment industry.
According to a new release by Yonhap News Agency, an industry insider confirmed that the two celebrities have separated. The source did not provide any additional details surrounding the breakup. The end of their relationship comes just two months after they publicly acknowledged dating, following rumors reported by internet-based media Dispatch.
Jisoo, the lead vocalist of BLACKPINK, made her debut in August 2016. She gained widespread recognition, not only for her vocal abilities but also when she branched into acting. In 2021, she made her acting debut, playing the female protagonist Eun Yeong-ro in JTBC’s drama series “Snowdrop.” In March of this year, Jisoo released her debut solo single “Me,” which quickly climbed to the top of music charts and television music programs.
Ahn Bo-hyun started his career in the entertainment industry as a model in 2007 and later pivoted to acting. He has taken roles in several dramas including “Itaewon Class” in 2020, “Yumi’s Cells” in 2021, and “Military Prosecutor Doberman” in 2022. Most recently, he featured in the tvN romantic comedy drama, “See You in My 19th Life.”
