BAI participated, with Commissioner Sohn Changdong as the head of the delegation, in the 15th Assembly and the 56th and 57th Governing Board Meetings of the Asian Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (ASOSAI), held virtually from the 6th to the 8th of September, 2021.
BAI proposed the formation of “Working Group on Crisis Management Audit” which received approvals from both the Assembly and the Governing Board. BAI also participated and won in the ASOSAI Governing Board elections, resulting in it becoming a Governing Board member(2021-2024 term). (9th September 2021)
