SEOUL — Hankook & Company Co. announced a notable increase in its financial performance for the year 2023, highlighting a positive trajectory in its operations.
According to Yonhap News Agency, Hankook & Company's net income for 2023 reached 183.8 billion won (approximately US$139 million), marking a 10.7 percent increase from the previous year. The company also reported an operating income of 253 billion won, which is a 3.2 percent rise compared to the year before. Furthermore, annual sales slightly grew by 0.1 percent, totaling 1.09 trillion won.
This financial growth signifies the company's robust performance amidst the fluctuating market conditions and underscores its ability to sustain profitability and operational efficiency.
