Seoul, South Korea-K-pop girl group Le Sserafim is set to appear on NBC's "Today" morning show to showcase its new English single.
According to a new release by Yonhap News Agency, Source Music, the appearance on the "Today with Hoda and Jenna" segment, co-hosted by Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager, will take place on Monday (U.S. time). This will make Le Sserafim the first fourth-generation K-pop girl group to be featured on the program.
Earlier on Friday, Le Sserafim launched its inaugural English digital single titled "Perfect Night," aimed at conveying the message that even an imperfect day can turn enjoyable when shared with friends.
After the release, the group is scheduled to perform on "Global Spin Live," an online series presented by the U.S. Grammy Museum, on Thursday. Tickets for this event sold out within a minute of becoming available.
Le Sserafim has also partnered with Blizzard Entertainment for the music video of "Perfect Night," which is tied to the game "Overwatch 2." The group will further extend its U.S. presence by performing at BlizzCon 2023, a gaming festival to be held at the Anaheim Convention Center in California on November 4.
