SEOUL, South and North Korea will hold working-level talks on Friday to prepare for next week's summit in Pyongyang, Seoul's presidential office said.

A Cheong Wa Dae official said Thursday that the two sides decided to have a working-level meeting at the truce village of Panmunjom. They are expected to discuss details, such as security assurance measures, media coverage and delegation size, for the summit between South Korean President Moon Jae-in and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.

Moon plans to make a three-day visit to Pyongyang starting next Tuesday for what will be his third summit with Kim.
