SEOUL – The KOSPI 200 index saw a variety of changes in its latest closing price list, reflecting the dynamic movements in the South Korean stock market.
According to Yonhap News Agency, Key stocks experienced a mix of gains and losses. HYOSUNG ADVANCED closed at 397,500, down 21,500, while HANILCMT ended at 12,980, a decrease of 350. On the positive side, SKBS rose by 800 to close at 71,100, and Youngpoong saw a modest increase of 1,000, finishing at 518,000. Other notable changes included Daesang dropping 800 to 20,400, SKNetworks declining 210 to 5,630, and ORION Holdings falling 690 to 14,800.
Significant declines were seen in KumhoPetrochem, down 6,900 to 130,900, and LotteChilsung, decreasing 1,600 to 149,700. However, gains were recorded for SKC, up 2,700 to 89,600, and HANWHA AEROSPACE, which rose 1,600 to 124,500. HyundaiMtr and Hanwha both showed slight declines, while HDKSOE and HANWHA SOLUTIONS posted gains of 3,000 and 150, respectively.
Among the companies that maintained their previous closing prices were HyundaiEngandConst at 34,950 and LotteChilsung at 149,700.
