Seoul: In a day of mixed movements, the KOSPI 200 index saw varying closing prices among its listed companies. Notable shifts included CSWIND dropping by 400 points to 60,200, while KOLON IND rose by 100 points to 40,100. HanmiPharm experienced a decrease of 1,500 points, closing at 325,000. Other significant movements were observed in HYBE, which went up by 3,000 points to 222,000, and SK ie technology, which saw an increase of 4,200 points to 77,400.
According to Yonhap News Agency, several companies maintained their previous positions, such as Meritz Financial, which closed unchanged at 61,900. In contrast, emart and DENTIUM faced declines, dropping 1,700 and 2,300 points respectively. The financial sector showed mixed results, with Woori Financial Group rising by 200 points, while KakaoBank declined by 100 points. The technology sector also displayed varied outcomes; for instance, HD HYUNDAI HEAVY INDUSTRIES remained steady, whereas SK hynix increased by 700 points.
