Lee expressed confidence that harmony would resonate across the region, fostering peace, stability, and prosperity.

Lee proposed a toast to APEC's cooperation, success, and shared future, raising a glass of "Tiger Yuzu Makgeolli," a Korean traditional rice wine. The dinner menu featured local dishes like bibimbap and braised short ribs, alongside Western-style desserts, crafted by celebrity chef Edward Lee.
