Lobby groups of Mongolia, South Korea and UNICEF discuss child protection
Bishkek (AKIpress) – Mongolian lobby group on children’s protection and family development and standing committee on social policy, education, culture and science received today a delegation from the National Assembly of South Korea and Permanent Representative of the UNICEF to Mongolia Roberto Benes.
The sides discussed protection of children’s rights and agreed to expand cooperation in improving children’s health, access to education and child protection.
The Korean delegation included members of the National Assembly’s lobby group for children and family.
Roberto Benes underlined that lobby groups can make great contributions to the parliament in prioritizing children’s rights and increasing the contributions to child protection.
