Oci to Secure 165.3 Billion Won Through Stock Sale

SEOUL, – Oci Co. declared on Thursday that it plans to raise 165.3 billion won (US$121.6 million) through a stock sale, aiming primarily to finance stock acquisition.

According to a new release by the Yonhap News Agency, Oci will issue approximately 1.55 million common shares at a price of 106,400 won per share. The stock will be sold to designated investors.
