President Yoon Suk Yeol Engages with Seoul Residents on Price Stabilization Efforts

Seoul – On the second anniversary of his presidency, President Yoon Suk Yeol met with citizens and merchants in Seoul, marking his first public engagement since the recent parliamentary elections.



According to Yonhap News Agency, President Yoon visited Cheonggye Stream in central Seoul, where he interacted with citizens and discussed current livelihood issues, including the recent rise in dining prices. During these discussions, Yoon committed to stabilizing prices in a manner that residents would noticeably feel. Later, he visited Yeongcheon Traditional Market to inspect the prices of fruits and vegetables and to converse with vendors and shoppers about the recent price trends. He assured those present that his administration would utilize all available government resources to control the rising costs of groceries.
