Seoul: A Singapore-based investment fund has sold an education-focused commercial building in southern Seoul for around 54 billion won (US$37.8 million), the investment company said Monday. The six-story building sold by SC Capital Partners is located in the education hot spot of Daechi-dong.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the firm said it had acquired the asset for 26 billion won in October 2016, adding that the recent sale is a testament to its investment strategy focusing on South Korea’s education sector.
