SEOUL – South Korea’s 12 major cities are set to experience predominantly sunny weather on Saturday, as detailed in the latest forecast provided at 9:01 a.m.
According to the Yonhap News Agency, most regions will enjoy clear skies with zero chance of rain, marking a pleasant day ahead for the country.
The temperature ranges vary across different cities. Seoul, the capital, is expected to see a high of 4°C and a low of -5°C under sunny conditions. Similarly, Incheon and Suwon will experience sunny weather, with highs of 3°C and 4°C and lows of -4°C and -6°C, respectively. Cheongju and Daejeon are also forecasted to have sunny skies, with Cheongju reaching a high of 5°C and a low of -4°C, and Daejeon slightly warmer at 6°C high and -5°C low.
Chuncheon will see a high of 4°C and a low of -8°C, maintaining the sunny trend. Gangneung stands out with a slightly different weather pattern, expecting cloudy skies and a 20% chance of rain, with temperatures ranging from a high of 5°C to a low of -2°C.
Other cities, including Jeonju, Gwangju, Jeju, Daegu, and Busan, will also enjoy sunny weather. Jeonju is set for a high of 7°C and a low of -3°C, Gwangju at 8°C/-2°C, and Daegu also at 8°C/-2°C. Jeju, known for its milder climate, will have a pleasant 11°C high and a low of 3°C. Busan, a major port city, is forecasted to experience a high of 10°C and a low of 1°C, all under sunny skies.
