SINGAPORE, U.S. President Donald Trump said Tuesday that his Singapore summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has yielded a "lot of progress."
Trump also told reporters that the historic encounter went "better than anybody could have expected."
He made the remarks as he took a stroll with the North Korean leader around the Capella Hotel on the resort island of Sentosa.
The two leaders then moved to a signing ceremony, while it was not known exactly what they would ink.
The unprecedented summit focused on Pyongyang's denuclearization in return for Washington's security assurance.
