1 Dead, 1 Injured in Ulsan Oil Storage Tank Explosion

Ulsan: An oil storage tank in the southeastern city of Ulsan exploded Monday, leaving one person dead and another injured, officials said. The explosion occurred at a plant in Ulsan, about 310 kilometers southeast of Seoul, at 11:15 a.m., according to fire authorities.



According to Yonhap News Agency, Acting President Choi Sang-mok has instructed all-out efforts to put out the fire. A total of 23 pieces of equipment and 58 officials have been mobilized to extinguish the blaze.
