Rain Expected Across Major South Korean Cities with Varied Probabilities

SEOUL: South Korea's major cities are set to experience rainy weather with varying probabilities of precipitation as of 9:01 a.m. Tuesday. According to Yonhap News Agency, the weather forecast indicates rain across all 12 major cities with differing intensities and likelihoods. Seoul, Incheon, and Suwon will have a similar temperature range of 23 degrees Celsius as the high and 16 to 17 degrees Celsius as the low, with Seoul facing a 30% chance of rain, while Incheon and Suwon have a slightly lower likelihood of 20%. Cheongju and Daejeon, central parts of the country, will see temperatures of 23/18 degrees Celsius but with a higher chance of rainfall at 60%. Similarly, Jeju Island will experience a high of 25 degrees Celsius and a low of 22, with a 60% probability of rain, indicating a wet day ahead for these regions. In the northeast, Chuncheon is forecasted to have cooler temperatures, ranging from 21 to 16 degrees Celsius, with a 40% chance of rain. Gangneung, despite having a warmer forecast of 25/17 d egrees Celsius, will see only a 20% chance of rainfall. Further south, Jeonju and Gwangju are expected to experience temperatures of 24/19 degrees Celsius with rain probabilities of 40% and 30% respectively. The southern cities of Daegu and Busan will see temperatures of 24/18 degrees Celsius and 25/20 degrees Celsius respectively, with Busan expecting the highest likelihood of rain at 70%. This varying weather pattern suggests that residents and visitors in these areas should prepare for potentially wet conditions throughout the day.
