Seoul: J-Hope of K-pop superband BTS will release a new digital single titled "Mona Lisa" this week, his agency announced Monday. The highly anticipated track will be available on music services at 1 p.m. Friday, as confirmed by BigHit Music.
According to Yonhap News Agency, "Mona Lisa" is described as a hip-hop R and B song that pays tribute to an attractive person by drawing a parallel to the renowned masterpiece "Mona Lisa." The song's lyrics convey the message that true charm lies not in external beauty but in the unique qualities that each individual possesses, as explained by the agency. J-Hope played a significant role in writing the song.
In addition to "Mona Lisa," J-Hope will release a remix version of "Sweet Dreams" at 1 p.m. Tuesday. The remix is arranged by producer FNZ and incorporates funky rhythms, basslines, and piano performances, according to the agency.
