Seoul: Ecopro Mat on Wednesday announced that it will sell stock to raise 149 billion won (US$101.7 million). The proceeds from the stock sale will be used mainly to finance its operations.
According to Yonhap News Agency, a regulatory filing revealed that the company will issue approximately 5.12 million preferred shares at a price of 75,974 won per share. The stock will be sold to investors designated by the firm.
