According to Yonhap News Agency, Lewin Diaz's two-run home run and Kang Min-ho's pivotal two-run double were instrumental in the Lions' victory. Lions starter Won Tae-in delivered a solid performance, allowing only one run over six innings, securing his second win of the season. The Lions, with this win, improved their record to 11-10-0, while the KBO-leading Twins dropped to 16-4-0, maintaining a lead of 5.5 games over the KT Wiz.
