Seoul: The KOSPI 200 index saw a variety of movements in stock prices, with some companies experiencing gains, while others faced declines. Among the notable changes, Hyosung Heavy's stock price rose to 1,232,000, marking an increase of 23,000. HD Hyundai Electric also saw a significant rise, with their stock price increasing by 24,000 to reach 517,000.
According to Yonhap News Agency, HDHMS observed a positive shift with a rise of 15,500, bringing the stock price to 220,000. Samsung Biologics and KCC also experienced increases, with their stock prices rising by 13,000 each, to 1,030,000 and 405,000, respectively. On the other hand, Krafton experienced the most significant drop, with its stock decreasing by 6,500 to 326,000.
Other companies such as F and F and SKBP saw increases in their stock prices, with both companies experiencing a rise of 2,200, reaching 69,100 and 109,200, respectively. In contrast, Hanwha Systems and APR faced declines, with their stock prices decreasing by 900 and 2,000, respectively.
The stock market fluctuations were further highlighted by gains from companies like Hanssem, DoubleUGames, and Doosan Bobcat, while companies such as KakaoBank and BGF Retail observed a decrease in their stock prices. These movements reflect the varied performance of companies within the KOSPI 200 index.
