Seoul: LG Group Chairman Koo Kwang-mo on Monday urged employees to pursue innovation to create new value that can impress consumers amid intensifying technological competition in the market.
According to Yonhap News Agency, Koo emphasized in a New Year message sent to employees that while LG has been striving toward a future integral to its vision, the world is evolving at an unprecedented pace. He highlighted that the changing rules of technology paradigms and increasing consumer expectations necessitate a leap forward through innovation that goes beyond existing success measures.
Koo further stated that LG Group must identify an "uncompromisable value" to guide the conglomerate's innovative direction. He underscored the importance of focusing on this value at levels others might find impossible. This dedication, he explained, would generate unique customer experiences and redefine global standards.
