Seoul: S-1 Corp., a security firm under Samsung Group, announced on Thursday that its net profit for the fourth quarter was 36.2 billion won (US$25.3 million), marking a decrease of 5.8 percent compared to the same period last year.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the company disclosed in a regulatory filing that its operating profit for the October-December period saw an increase of 16.6 percent year-on-year, reaching 55.8 billion won. Additionally, sales for the quarter went up by 2.7 percent, totaling 783.9 billion won.
