Seoul: The KOSPI 200 index witnessed varied movements as several major stocks experienced fluctuations in their closing prices.
According to Yonhap News Agency, Hanssem saw a rise, closing at 47,200, marking an increase of 150. F and F experienced a decline, ending at 70,200, down by 800. SamsungElecMech had a significant increase, closing at 377,000, up by 19,000. HYUNDAI STEEL also showed an upward trend, finishing at 38,950 with an increase of 4,100.
YoulchonChem dropped by 150, closing at 28,050, while LG Energy Solution fell by 2,000, ending at 401,500. HYOSUNG HEAVY had a substantial rise, closing at 2,633,000, up by 180,000. HyundaiEng and Const also saw an increase, closing at 128,300 with a rise of 4,000.
Hanwha ended its day at 126,800, up by 7,000, and CJ increased by 4,000, closing at 225,500. LOTTE Fine Chem showed positive movement, closing at 50,000 with an increase of 700, whereas Shinsegae dropped by 2,500, ending at 351,500.
Youngpoong saw an increase, closing at 61,400, up by 2,000, while KIA CORP. closed at 171,800, marking an increase of 1,800. SK hynix witnessed a significant rise, finishing at 949,000, up by 55,000, and HMM closed at 23,150, up by 450.
