According to Yonhap News Agency, Naver Plus Store earned the Best New Shopping Store award from analytics firm Sensor Tower after recording the highest number of downloads among shopping apps launched in the Asia-Pacific region in 2025.
Sensor Tower reported that Naver Plus Store has shown rapid growth in users, recording a total of 12.9 million downloads in less than a year after its launch. The analytics firm highlighted the platform's AI-powered personalized recommendation system and its integration with Naver's broader digital ecosystem, which it said allows the user experience to shift from traditional search-based shopping to a product discovery-focused model.
