Seoul: Wednesday's trading session on the Korea Stock Exchange saw varied movements in the closing prices of KOSPI 200 stocks. Among the notable changes, Daesang closed at KRW 20,650, reflecting a decrease of 100 KRW. MiwonComcl also saw a decline, closing at KRW 139,600, down by 1,300 KRW.
According to Yonhap News Agency, ASIA HOLDINGS experienced an increase, closing at KRW 265,500, which is an uptick of 2,500 KRW. KCC, however, witnessed a decline, closing at KRW 551,000, down by 4,000 KRW. SKBP showed positive movement, closing at KRW 103,500, up by 1,500 KRW.
Other notable changes included ORION Holdings, which closed at KRW 24,000, down by 750 KRW, while AMOREPACIFIC Holdings increased by 250 KRW, closing at KRW 27,850. HyundaiMtr experienced a decrease, closing at KRW 541,000, down by 5,000 KRW. Hanwha Engine ended the session up by 6,900 KRW, closing at KRW 67,500.
LOTTE Fine Chem's closing price increased by 1,200 KRW, settling at KRW 55,000. LG Innotek saw a significant rise, closing at KRW 500,000, up by 75,000 KRW. Meanwhile, HYUNDAI STEEL declined by 250 KRW, closing at KRW 40,100. Nongshim closed at KRW 377,500, down by 1,500 KRW.
ISUPETASYS experienced a notable increase, closing at KRW 161,400, up by 28,200 KRW. GS Retail saw a decrease, ending at KRW 23,150, down by 200 KRW. HD HYUNDAI HEAVY INDUSTRIES rose by 65,000 KRW, closing at KRW 641,000. LS also saw an increase, closing at KRW 355,000, up by 17,500 KRW.
Shinsegae's price remained unchanged at KRW 382,000. SamyangFood increased by 11,000 KRW, closing at KRW 1,370,000. POSCO INTERNATIONAL rose by 3,100 KRW, ending the day at KRW 80,600. CJ CheilJedang, however, decreased by 3,500 KRW, closing at KRW 234,000.
POSCO FUTURE M closed at KRW 257,500, up by 1,000 KRW. KAL decreased by 400 KRW, closing at KRW 25,200. LIG Defense and Aerospace saw a significant increase of 111,000 KRW, closing at KRW 1,020,000. Daewoong ended at KRW 22,850, down by 200 KRW.
TaekwangInd closed at KRW 1,212,000, a decrease of 25,000 KRW. LG Corp. increased by 700 KRW, closing at KRW 95,700. SamsungF and MIns declined by 6,500 KRW, closing at KRW 461,500. HANALL BIOPHARMA decreased by 700 KRW, closing at KRW 48,250.
Kogas saw a decrease, closing at KRW 36,900, down by 150 KRW. Youngpoong increased by 1,200 KRW, closing at KRW 66,600. SK hynix ended the session down by 1,000 KRW, closing at KRW 1,223,000. Hanwha decreased by 2,400 KRW, ending at KRW 128,100.
HyundaiEng and Const closed at KRW 168,800, down by 6,100 KRW. DL saw a decrease, closing at KRW 63,600, down by 300 KRW. Yuhan decreased by 1,400 KRW, closing at KRW 95,100. SLCORP ended the day at KRW 64,000, down by 900 KRW.
Lastly, CJ LOGISTICS decreased by 3,100 KRW, closing at KRW 103,900. HANKOOK and COMPANY's price remained unchanged at KRW 24,900. DOOSAN experienced an increase, closing at KRW 1,438,000, up by 29,000 KRW.
