According to Yonhap News Agency, other notable performers included emart, which rose by 12,700 to end at 118,700, and NAVER, which increased by 11,500, closing at 213,000. HYUNDAIDEPTST also saw a significant rise of 11,300, reaching a closing price of 125,000. KT and G reported an increase of 11,000, ending the day at 189,000.
On the other hand, some companies experienced declines. HD HYUNDAI saw a decrease of 19,500, closing at 279,000. SANIL ELECTRIC reported a decline of 9,000, ending at 293,500. Doosan Enerbility and Hyundai Rotem saw decreases of 2,900 and 2,500, closing at 117,100 and 212,500, respectively.
