South Korea’s Major Cities Brace for Mixed Weather Conditions

Seoul: South Korea's major cities are preparing for a variety of weather conditions this Saturday, with temperatures and precipitation forecasts varying significantly across the region.

According to Yonhap News Agency, Seoul and several other cities including Incheon and Suwon are expected to experience rainfall with temperatures reaching highs of 30 to 31 degrees Celsius and lows around 24 degrees Celsius. The possibility of rain in these areas stands at 60%.

In contrast, cities such as Cheongju, Daejeon, Jeonju, Gwangju, Jeju, and Daegu are forecasted to have sunny conditions. These cities will see higher temperatures, with Jeonju and Gwangju anticipating highs of 34 degrees Celsius and lows of 26 degrees Celsius. The chance of rain in these sunny regions remains at 60%.

Chuncheon and Gangneung are also predicted to have rain, with temperatures slightly lower, peaking at 29 degrees Celsius and dipping to lows of 22 and 23 degrees Celsius, respectively. Meanwhile, Busan is expected to have sunny weather with a lower probability of rain at 20%, and temperatures reaching a high of 34 degrees Celsius and a low of 26 degrees Celsius.
