Seoul:Monday's closing prices for KOSPI 200 stocks on the Korea Stock Exchange showed a mix of gains and losses.
According to Yonhap News Agency, several companies saw significant movements in their stock prices. Notably, Shinsegae closed down by 3,500 KRW at 343,500 KRW, while SK hynix experienced a substantial drop of 94,000 KRW, closing at 1,768,000 KRW. In contrast, Nongshim rose by 7,000 KRW to end at 397,000 KRW, and POSCO FUTURE M increased by 5,300 KRW, closing at 185,200 KRW.
Other notable changes included Samsung Electronics, which decreased by 15,500 KRW to 270,000 KRW, and Doosan, which fell by 89,000 KRW, closing at 1,423,000 KRW. Positively, Samsung SDI Co., Ltd. rose by 12,000 KRW to reach 533,000 KRW, and DB Insurance increased by 6,300 KRW, finishing at 190,900 KRW.
Overall, the trading session exhibited a variety of price changes across different sectors, reflecting the volatility in the market.
