South Korean Bond Yields Experience Slight Increase

Seoul:Bond yields in South Korea showed modest increases in early morning trading on October 7, 2026.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the yield on the 1-year Treasury Bond rose to 3.741% from the previous session's 3.737%, showing a change of 0.4 basis points. The 2-year Treasury Bond yield increased to 3.885% from 3.882%, marking a 0.3 basis point increase.

The yield on the 3-year Treasury Bond saw a more significant rise, moving to 3.950% from 3.933%, up by 1.7 basis points. Meanwhile, the 10-year Treasury Bond yield experienced a slight increase to 4.371% from 4.369%, a change of 0.2 basis points.

Additionally, the 2-year Monetary Stabilization Bond yield edged up to 3.899% from 3.898%, a minor increase of 0.1 basis points. The 3-year Corporate Bond (AA-) yield also rose to 4.639% from 4.636%, reflecting a 0.3 basis point increase.
