SEOUL — Amorepacific Corp. disclosed a net profit of 26.6 billion won (US$19.7 million) for the third quarter of this year, marking a 22.2% increase compared to the same period last year.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the company also revealed that its operating income for the July-September period declined by 8.2% year-on-year to 17.3 billion won, while revenue shrank by 5.1% to 888.8 billion won.
The company's operating profit underperformed, falling 53.2% lower than the average estimate, as per a survey conducted by Yonhap Infomax, the financial data arm of Yonhap News Agency. The company did not provide an estimate for net profit.
