Seoul – BTS member V and BLACKPINK's Jennie, two of K-pop's biggest stars, have reportedly ended their relationship, according to music industry sources on Wednesday. The pair had been the subject of dating rumors for some time.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the rumors began after an online post last year suggested that the two spent time together on Jeju Island, a popular resort destination in South Korea. Additionally, in May, a video surfaced online, purportedly showing V and Jennie on a date in Paris. However, neither of their agencies, BigHit Music and YG Entertainment, have officially commented on the matter.
V, 27, a member of the globally renowned group BTS, is reportedly scheduled to enlist in the Army as an active-duty soldier next Monday, along with BTS's leader, RM. Meanwhile, YG Entertainment announced that Jennie and the other BLACKPINK members have recently extended their contracts for group activities with the company.
