Uzbekistan ranks fourth with 12 gold, 17 silver, and 13 bronze medals, totaling 42. Kazakhstan is in fifth place, with 9 gold, 13 silver, and 23 bronze medals, making a total of 45.
Thailand ranks sixth with 9 gold, 8 silver, and 13 bronze medals, totaling 30. Bahrain is in seventh place with 9 gold, 2 silver, and 3 bronze, making a total of 14 medals.
Iran is placed eighth with 8 gold, 15 silver, and 9 bronze medals, totaling 32, while North Korea follows in ninth place with 7 gold, 5 silver, and 5 bronze medals, accumulating 17.
