Seoul: Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi is set to visit South Korea this week, as confirmed by Seoul's foreign ministry on Tuesday. The visit is anticipated to focus on enhancing bilateral relations and addressing issues related to North Korea.
According to Yonhap News Agency, Wang Yi will undertake a two-day official visit to Seoul starting Wednesday. The visit comes at the invitation of South Korean Foreign Minister Cho Hyun. During his stay, Wang is scheduled to engage in discussions with Cho on Wednesday. The talks will cover a range of topics including China-South Korea relations, the dynamics of North Korea-China ties, and other pertinent issues concerning the Korean Peninsula.
