Diverse Closing Trends in KOSPI 200 with Key Stocks Showing Mixed Results

SEOUL - The latest session of the KOSPI 200 index concluded with a diverse range of stock performances, highlighting the mixed trends in the South Korean stock market.

According to Yonhap News Agency, KT's stock closed down by 250 at 32,900, while SHINSEGAE INTERNATIO NAL ended the day lower by 160 at 16,750. LOTTE TOUR and LG Uplus both experienced declines, closing at 10,350 (down 110) and 10,350 (down 30), respectively.

SAMSUNG LIFE's stock fell by 500, closing at 69,800, and SK closed at 160,700, down by 2,600. In contrast, Hanon Systems saw a modest increase, closing up by 20 at 7,260.

KT&G's stock remained stable at 90,600, while Doosan Enerbility and Doosanfc recorded increases, closing at 15,020 (up 80) and 22,550 (up 1,750), respectively.

LG Display and LOTTE SHOPPING both saw declines, ending the day at 12,600 (down 450) and 79,200 (down 400). IBK and DONGSUH, however, experienced gains, closing up by 30 and 10 at 11,700 and 18,180, respectively.

Other notable stock movements include CheilWorldwide, which closed down 100 at 20,050, and LOTTE WELLFOOD, which ended lower by 1,000 at 132,200.

The closing price list further includes companies like SamsungEng, SAMSUNG C&T, and PanOcean, which closed at 25,750 (down 300), 116,100 (down 2,300), and 4,220 (down 60), respectively.
