Eric Trump Visits South Korean Development Sites Amidst Cryptocurrency Forum Attendance

Hanam: Eric Trump, the second son of U.S. President Donald Trump, visited a satellite city east of Seoul this week to tour local development projects, city officials said Wednesday. Trump is currently in South Korea to participate in a cryptocurrency forum.

According to Yonhap News Agency, Trump met with Hanam Mayor Lee Hyun-jae earlier in the day to explore the site of a planned cultural complex called K-Star World. This ambitious project is set to include a hotel and various entertainment facilities. During his visit, Trump also toured a former golf course on Tuesday. This site holds historical significance as it was previously used by the U.S. military stationed in South Korea but has since been returned to the country.

Eric Trump, who holds the position of executive vice president at The Trump Organization, reportedly expressed interest in the development sites and engaged with local officials by asking questions about the projects. The city of Hanam expressed a keen interest in seeking cooperation with global investment firms, including The Trump Organization, as a result of Trump's visit.
