Seoul: Tiffany Young, a Korean American member of the K-pop band Girls' Generation, has married actor Byun Yo-han, as confirmed by Byun's agency.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the couple legally registered their marriage, a testament to their deep trust and love for one another. Wedding plans are currently underway, with TEAMHOPE, Byun's agency, revealing that the couple is contemplating a simple wedding ceremony. This ceremony is expected to take the form of a church service, allowing them to express gratitude to their family members.
TEAMHOPE further stated that as Tiffany and Byun embark on this new chapter in their lives, they intend to cherish the support and love they have received thus far. The couple aims to repay this support by showing a more mature side of themselves.
Byun Yo-han, who debuted in 2011, has made a name for himself in several popular television dramas and films, such as "Misaeng" (2014) and "Mr. Sunshine" (2018). Tiffany, on the other hand, gained international recognition as a member of Girls' Generation. After ending her contract with SM Entertainment in 2017, she expanded her career into acting, featuring in productions like "Reborn Rich" (2022) and Disney+'s Korean original series "Uncle Samsik" (2024).
The two reportedly grew close while collaborating on "Uncle Samsik" and made their relationship public in December.
