HD Hyundai Infracore Reports Third-Quarter Net Loss Amid Decline in Sales

SEOUL: HD Hyundai Infracore Co. reported a net loss for the third quarter, marking a significant downturn from its position a year earlier. The company announced a net loss of 25.4 billion won (US$18.4 million) for the July-September period, a stark contrast to the profit of 49 billion won recorded during the same period last year. According to Yonhap News Agency, the company's operating profit experienced a steep decline, dropping 76.9 percent from a year ago to 20.7 billion won. Additionally, sales decreased by 15.5 percent, totaling 909.8 billion won for the third quarter. The financial results were disclosed through a regulatory filing by the company.
