Busan: Hybe Co., the agency behind K-pop sensation BTS, issued a formal apology following a significant delay on the first night of the group's world tour in Busan. The concert, which was a much-anticipated event, was delayed by over an hour, causing inconvenience to thousands of fans who had gathered to witness the spectacle.
According to Yonhap News Agency, Hybe released a statement on their fandom platform, Weverse, expressing regret over the delay. "We deeply apologize to all audience that came to watch the 'Arirang' world tour, for the inconvenience caused by the delay in the start of the performance," the agency's notice read. The delay was attributed to issues with the entry process for the tens of thousands of fans present.
In an effort to address the situation, Hybe pledged to improve on-site operations to ensure a smoother experience for attendees at the second concert, scheduled to take place later in the same city. The company is taking measures to prevent similar occurrences in future events on the tour.
