Seoul: Jimin's solo track "Who" has set a new record as the longest-running K-pop song on the Billboard Hot 100, surpassing "Dynamite" by his own group BTS.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the latest chart released Tuesday (U.S. time) shows "Who" climbing 12 spots to reach No. 29. This marks its 33rd consecutive week on the singles chart, breaking the previous record of 32 consecutive weeks held by "Dynamite."
Last week, Jimin also surpassed Psy to become the longest-charting K-pop solo artist on the chart. Meanwhile, fellow BTS member J-Hope debuted at No. 66 with his single "Sweet Dreams" featuring Miguel.
Three tracks from BLACKPINK's Jennie's latest solo album, "Ruby," entered the chart. "Handlebars" claimed the No. 80 spot, "like JENNIE" secured No. 83, and "ExtraL" landed at No. 99.
Rose continued to make a strong showing, with her hit single "APT." featuring Bruno Mars holding steady at No. 6 in its 21st consecutive week.
