K-pop Group ITZY Announces New Album and World Tour

SEOUL - ITZY, a popular K-pop girl group, is set to release a new album titled "Born to Be" next month and embark on a world tour starting in Seoul the following month. JYP Entertainment, the group's agency, made the announcement on Monday, sharing a video detailing the group's upcoming return with the album set for January 8 and revealing the tracklist on social media.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the album will feature 10 songs, including the lead track "Untouchable," alongside other titles like "Born to Be," "Mr. Vampire," "Dynamite," "Crown on My Head," "Blossom," "Run Away," "Mine," "Yet, but" and "Escalator." Following the album release, ITZY will commence its second world tour with performances at Jamsil Arena in southern Seoul on February 24-25. The group previously toured across eight U.S. cities and 10 Asian cities during its first world tour, titled "Checkmate," from August 2022 to April this year.
