Seoul: The Korea Interbank Offered Rates (KORIBOR) experienced slight increases across several terms as reported by Yonhap Infomax, the financial news and information arm of Yonhap News Agency, at 11:00 a.m. today. The data shows that while the 1-week term rate remained stable at 3.00%, other terms saw minimal increases.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the 1-month KORIBOR rate saw a minor rise from 3.09% to 3.10%. The 2-month rate increased to 3.19% from the previous session's 3.18%. Additionally, the 3-month rate edged up slightly to 3.29% from 3.28%. This trend indicates a gradual upward movement in the KORIBOR rates, reflecting subtle changes in the interbank lending market. These rates are a critical benchmark for interest rates in Korea's financial markets, affecting various financial products and lending agreements. The adjustments in rates can influence economic activities and financial strategies for both institutions and individuals within the country.
