Among them, SamyangFood saw a substantial increase, while SAMSUNG SDI CO., LTD. experienced a notable drop. According to Yonhap News Agency, AMOREPACIFIC closed at 124,000, down by 1,300, while SK Innovation ended the day up by 700 at 119,200. CJ CheilJedang notably increased by 7,500 to close at 288,000, and POSCO INTERNATIONAL saw a modest rise of 100 to finish at 56,000. SamyangFood stood out with a 23,000 increase, closing at 568,000. Conversely, SAMSUNG SDI CO., LTD. faced a decline, dropping 14,000 to close at 359,000. Other decreases were seen in SamaAlum, which went down by 2,900 to 53,800, and GC Corp, which decreased by 700 to 158,900. Noteworthy increases included HD HYUNDAI HEAVY INDUSTRIES, which rose by 3,400, and SAMSUNG BIOLOGICS, which climbed 12,000 to close at 1,036,000. The mixed results reflect the ongoing volatility in the South Korean stock market, influenced by both domestic economic conditions and global market trends.
