KOSPI 200 Index Reflects Mixed Performance with Notable Declines and Gains

Seoul: The KOSPI 200 index displayed a mixed performance in its latest closing, with several companies experiencing significant declines while others recorded gains. Among the notable decliners, Hana Financial Group and KEPCO E and C saw their stock prices fall sharply, closing at 133,100, down 4,400, and 133,800, down 3,800, respectively.

According to Yonhap News Agency, other companies that faced declines include KB Financial Group and Shinhan Group, with their stocks closing at 174,900, down 4,300, and 110,100, down 3,200, respectively. Meanwhile, Hyundai Glovis and Daewoong Pharm also saw their stock prices decrease, closing at 203,500, down 2,500, and 109,200, down 2,100, respectively.

On the other hand, several companies experienced gains, with LIG Defense and Aerospace leading the pack, closing at 744,000, up 36,000. Sanil Electric and Hanmi Semi also recorded gains, with their stocks closing at 211,500, up 10,500, and 236,000, up 10,500, respectively.

Additionally, Hyundai Rotem and LG Electronics saw modest increases in their stock prices, closing at 122,500, up 200, and 198,400, up 500, respectively. Other gainers included HD-Hyundai Marine Engine and LG CNS, with their stocks closing at 52,500, up 1,100, and 70,600, up 1,500, respectively.
