Seoul: The KOSPI 200 index reflected a day of mixed outcomes as various companies recorded fluctuations in their closing prices. Among the notable gainers, ISUPETASYS climbed to 120,000, marking an increase of 900, while Samsung EPIS Holding saw a significant rise, reaching 680,000 with an uptick of 42,000.
According to Yonhap News Agency, several companies experienced declines in their stock prices. Notably, GC Corp fell to 153,300, a decrease of 3,500, and Samsung SDI CO.,LTD. closed at 274,000, down by 6,000. Other companies such as OTOKI and DN AUTOMOTIVE also recorded decreases, closing at 388,500 and 24,500, respectively.
Additionally, KPIC and POONGSAN were among the companies that saw positive movement, with KPIC rising by 600 to 148,500 and POONGSAN increasing by 700 to 105,800. Conversely, companies like AMOREPACIFIC and LOTTE WELLFOOD experienced declines, closing at 118,900 and 116,600, respectively.
The fluctuations in the KOSPI 200 index highlighted the varied performances of the listed companies, with some recording gains while others faced declines. SamsungElecMech also saw a significant gain, increasing by 5,500 to reach 259,000, adding to the mixed results of the index.
