Seoul: The KOSPI 200 index experienced a session of mixed results, with notable fluctuations among key stocks. Several technology companies saw gains, while financial groups and other sectors faced declines.
According to Yonhap News Agency, Misto Holdings closed at 41,700, down by 950, while HANAFINANCIALGR saw a drop of 3,500, closing at 119,500. GS remained unchanged at 70,800. In contrast, Doosan Bobcat rose by 1,100, closing at 72,900, and Netmarble increased by 500 to reach 51,100.
KRAFTON reported a significant rise, increasing by 10,500 to close at 265,500. HD HYUNDAI and HD HYUNDAI ELECTRIC also posted gains, closing at 264,500 and 1,090,000, up by 7,500 and 32,000, respectively. MIWON SC declined by 1,900, ending at 119,900, while ORION advanced by 1,700 to 137,100.
HANWHA SYSTEMS climbed by 2,700, reaching 134,100. APR's stock rose by 24,000, finishing at 434,000. BGF Retail decreased by 900 to 133,200. SKCHEM and SK ie technology both saw increases, closing at 58,200 and 28,150, up by 400 and 1,500, respectively.
HYOSUNG TNC and HS HYOSUNG ADVANCED reported gains, closing at 531,000 and 234,000, up by 4,000 and 14,500. HANILCMT dropped by 180, ending at 16,980. DL E and C and SKBS also saw declines, closing at 98,000 and 43,850, down by 2,600 and 350.
HyundaiAutoever rose by 2,000 to 444,500, while kakaopay and KakaoBank fell by 200 and 300, closing at 56,800 and 24,650. SKSQUARE increased by 2,000, ending at 720,000, whereas ECOPRO MAT decreased by 400 to 82,800.
HYBE gained 1,000, closing at 250,000, and Doosan Robotics rose by 300 to 92,900. ISUSPECIALTYCHEMICAL saw a rise of 3,100, reaching 130,100. HanmiPharm experienced a loss of 9,500, closing at 494,500, and SD Biosensor fell by 140 to 8,550.
Meritz Financial dropped by 1,300, ending at 115,500, with BNK Financial Group and iM Financial Group also declining, closing at 18,800 and 18,930, down by 30 and 50, respectively. emart increased by 800, finishing at 102,500, and HDHMS rose by 2,500 to 232,500.
SeAH Steel Holdings fell by 500, closing at 214,000, while PanOcean gained 50, ending at 5,730. SBHC increased by 1,500 to 71,400, and Taihan Cable and Solution decreased by 500, closing at 41,050. Hyundai M and F INS rose slightly by 100, finishing at 30,250.
