Seoul: The KOSPI 200 index concluded trading with a mixture of gains and losses across various sectors. Significant increases were observed in several stocks, while others experienced declines.
According to Yonhap News Agency, DONGSUH's stock rose by 100 to close at 26,300, while SamsungEandA saw an increase of 800, ending at 49,800. SAMSUNG CandT experienced a rise of 4,000, reaching a closing price of 369,000. PanOcean and SAMSUNG CARD also reported gains, closing at 5,790 and 48,550, respectively. CheilWorldwide and LOTTE WELLFOOD saw their stocks increase by 270 and 10,100, closing at 18,980 and 129,300, respectively.
KT's stock increased by 900, closing at 53,400, and KCC saw a rise of 9,500, ending at 465,500. On the other hand, SKBP and SeAH Steel Holdings experienced declines, with their stocks decreasing by 300 and 400, closing at 87,300 and 108,000, respectively. SANIL ELECTRIC's stock dropped by 5,500 to close at 182,500, while HYUNDAI ROTEM saw a decrease of 700, ending at 146,900.
LG CNS reported a gain of 1,500, closing at 79,900, and WooriFinancialGroup's stock increased by 400 to end at 33,700. LGELECTRONICS experienced a significant rise of 8,500, closing at 215,000. LandF also reported a notable gain of 7,100, ending at 109,700. Conversely, Celltrion's stock decreased by 1,000, closing at 201,000, and JB Financial Group saw a drop of 1,350, ending at 28,000.
DAEWOONG PHARM's stock rose by 1,300 to close at 124,600, while HYUNDAIDEPTST experienced an increase of 2,500, ending at 102,200. KIH reported a gain of 4,300, closing at 204,000, and KDHC's stock increased by 1,800 to end at 76,400. HD-Hyundai Marine Engine's stock rose by 200, closing at 58,200. However, LIG DefenseandAerospace experienced a significant drop of 22,000, ending at 81,500.
Misto Holdings saw a decline of 400, closing at 42,500, while Hanwha Engine's stock rose by 800, ending at 49,050. HYUNDAIGLOVIS reported a gain of 6,500, closing at 211,000, and HANAFINANCIALGR's stock increased by 2,000, ending at 133,000. AMOREPACIFIC and FOOSUNG experienced gains, closing at 135,700 and 12,400, respectively. Youngone Corp's stock rose by 1,200, ending at 85,900.
CSWIND's stock decreased by 50, closing at 46,850, and SK Innovation reported a substantial gain of 7,000, ending at 128,700. KOLON IND's stock dropped by 400, closing at 55,300, while Poongsan saw a decrease of 2,000, ending at 82,000. HanmiPharm's stock remained unchanged at 398,500.
