Pyongyang: The construction of the first road bridge between North Korea and Russia has been completed, as announced by Pyongyang's state media. This development comes amidst the strengthening of mutual ties and cooperation in economic and personnel exchanges between the two nations.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the Korean Central News Agency reported that the opening ceremony for the bridge took place the previous day. The event was virtually attended by North Korean Premier Pak Thae-song and Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. The bridge connects Rason in North Korea to Khasan in Russia, signaling a new chapter in the bilateral relations of the neighboring countries.
