SEOUL - Nexon Co., a leading South Korean online gaming company, announced on Monday that it will release a mobile version of its highly successful game, "Dungeon and Fighter," in China next month. The launch is set for May 21, in partnership with Tencent Games, which will operate the game locally.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the original version of this second-dimensional action role-playing game has attracted over 850 million users globally since its debut in China in 2008. The mobile version, which was first launched in South Korea in 2022, has already received critical acclaim, including winning the Korea Game Awards the same year. Nexon emphasized its commitment to optimizing the game to enhance gaming conditions and user experience ahead of the Chinese release.
