SEOUL - PanOcean, a maritime transportation company, and Samsung Card, a credit card company, are among the firms whose stocks saw gains in the latest KOSPI 200 closing price list. PanOcean's share price rose by 145 points to close at 4,440, while Samsung Card gained 200 points, ending the day at 30,900.
According to a news release by Yonhap News Agency, other companies that also experienced an increase in their stock prices include Cheil Worldwide, which went up by 320 points to 20,200, and Lotte Wellfood, which saw a rise of 2,600 points to close at 112,900. On the flip side, telecommunications company KT witnessed a drop of 150 points to 32,350.
